Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. is a microfinance institution from India that has been a partner of the GLS AI – Microfinance Fund since 2018. The institution offers tailor-made financing solutions to its clients, particularly women, catering to their specific needs.
One of these clients is Pratima Sahoo, who took a loan from Annapurna Finance for her weaving work. The loan allowed her to purchase her own machine, which would not have been possible with family savings alone.
In the future, she hopes to further expand and set up more looms. But most of all, she wants to see her son and daughter thrive by receiving a proper education and securing good jobs.
