We are looking for a Legal & Transaction Manager to join our team in Yerevan, Armenia and play a key role in managing investment transactions, supporting fund operations and providing legal expertise across our growing platform.

YOUR ROLE
You will work closely with our investment, portfolio and risk management teams, supporting transactions from approval through closing and helping ensure that our funds operate efficiently and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international investments, fund structures and legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support Investment Transactions
- Coordinate the execution and closing of investment transactions for managed funds;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investees, depositary bank, and other funds’ stakeholders on transaction execution, settlement and payment-related matters;
- Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation;
- Support KYC, AML and compliance-related processes.
Provide Legal Support
- Review, negotiate and finalize loan agreements and related transaction documents;
- Coordinate legal workstreams with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions;
- Review legal opinions and other transaction-related legal deliverables;
- Support the development and maintenance of legal templates and internal documentation.
Contribute to Fund and Corporate Legal Matters
- Assist with the legal aspects of setting up new investment funds and investment vehicles;
- Provide guidance on corporate legal matters;
- Conduct legal research and prepare internal legal analyses and recommendations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your Background
- Master’s degree in Business Law, Corporate Law or a related field;
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience gained in a law firm, financial institution, fund manager, investment company or corporate legal department;
- Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and financing documentation;
- Strong interest in investment funds, impact investing and international finance.

- Confidence working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures;
- Reliability, commitment, pro-activeness and hands-on mentality;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
