Designing Culinary Experiences – FLOW THE KITCHEN in Focus

What began in 2014 with a bold vision and substantial personal commitment has grown into one of the most dynamic event catering companies in the Rhine-Main region: FLOW THE KITCHEN, founded by Daniel Wittstock, Mia Wittstock, and Florian Große, today stands for high-end, bespoke culinary experiences – always tailored, always guided by values.

FLOW THE KITCHEN reimagines catering as a holistic creative concept, going far beyond the delivery of food. Whether for a gala, trade fair, corporate event, or summer celebration, each event is executed with culinary precision, logistical expertise, and a refined sense for mood and staging. The team manages events for up to 10,000 guests – while maintaining a surprising sense of intimacy and attention to detail.

At the heart lies the kitchen: seasonal, regional, often organic; available vegan or vegetarian upon request; and always crafted with artisanal skill. The dishes tell stories of landscapes and producers, harvests and ideas. FLOW THE KITCHEN excels particularly when food becomes an integral part of brand storytelling.

Here, sustainability is not just a buzzword but a well-structured principle: FLOW THE KITCHEN collaborates with regional suppliers, avoids single-use packaging, embraces circular models, and actively promotes young culinary talent. The internal culture is defined by flat hierarchies, strong team spirit, and authentic commitment.

FLOW THE KITCHEN is headquartered in Kelsterbach, close to Frankfurt Airport – an ideal location for serving events throughout the Rhine-Main region. Until 2022, the team operated the Flow Deli at the Jewish Museum Frankfurt, where they also served as the exclusive catering partner. Today, the company’s focus has shifted back to customized event formats, creative execution, and sustainable growth.

In 2014, the founding team received financial support through the Frankfurter Gründerfonds with a loan of EUR 45,000.
