PodHaus Frankfurt as a Driver of Continuous Media Production

Individuals, SMEs, and even larger organisations increasingly recognise the strategic importance of continuous content production, yet frequently struggle with its execution. In-house solutions tend to be cost- and resource-intensive, agencies often lack the flexibility required for recurring formats, and do-it-yourself approaches commonly result in inconsistent quality and inefficient processes. PodHaus addresses this structural gap by reframing content production not as a project-based activity, but as a repeatable operational function.

Founded by Mariam Olulana, PodHaus Frankfurt represents a new form of media infrastructure that combines professional studio quality with flexible, user-centric production models. The company provides fully equipped podcast and content studios, enabling clients to produce audio, video, and live formats at a consistently high standard without the need to invest in complex infrastructure themselves. Through modular service offerings—ranging from technical support to full-scale production and post-production—the level of assistance can be tailored to individual requirements while maintaining uncompromising production quality.

Mariam Olulana brings a distinctly entrepreneurial perspective to the venture. With experience in founding and scaling multiple companies, including a successful exit, she combines strategic clarity with strong operational execution capabilities. Her expertise in business development, consulting, and content production allows her to bridge economic viability and creative quality. This combination is central to PodHaus’ positioning, ensuring that the offering remains both market-oriented and operationally robust.

The hybrid model—positioned between a traditional production agency and a pure studio rental service—creates a differentiated offering for both individual creators and organisations with recurring content needs. In 2026, PodHaus secured €40,000 in funding, backed by a €32,000 guarantee, to establish its studio infrastructure and launch operations. This marks the beginning of an entrepreneurial trajectory that not only responds to the growing demand for content, but actively shapes how it is produced in the future: structured, efficient, and scalable.
